Brian D. Kostka, CFA, FP&A – Brian brings a wealth of experience and insight to the small business community.   During his 15 years on Wall Street, Brian strategized with some of the top minds on Wall Street and often spoke with CEOs and CFOs of large, publicly traded companies.  He has provided advice to a multitude of small and large companies.

Before his investment career, Brian was the CFO of Operations at a multi-billion asset management firm and a consultant for a major public accounting firm.  He has earned the CFA charterholder and FP&A professional designations.  Brian is a member of the Association for Finance Professionals, CFA Institute, New York CFA Institute, and the Philadelphia CFA Institute.  He has degrees in finance and economics from Boston College and is an active volunteer in the local community, most recently as the President of the Board of Trustees for the St. Rose Blue and Gold Fund.

Importantly, Brian knows, firsthand, the struggles and rewards that come from starting and managing a successful small business.  He has successfully established and maintained limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, corporations, and 501c3 non-profit entities.  He also has strong fundraising experience.
